Stop Riding The Small Business Marketing Roller Coaster
Is your service business currently a victim of the Marketing Roller Coaster?

One month they are busy, so they stop marketing, and slowly the clients stop coming in. When they reach the bottom, they panic and realise that the cash flow is just about to cause them some serious problems, so they start marketing like mad. The marketing causes the roller coaster to slowly start moving, grinding its way back up the track as the marketing hits full swing. But then, as the business becomes so busy that the owner cannot cope, he or she stops the one thing that makes it busy, the marketing, and things start to quieten down a little.
He or she enjoys the peace for a while, before hitting the bottom and going through the whole cycle again.
The one advantage of being a human being is that we can learn from our mistakes and not repeat them time after time. It was Einstein that said doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is insanity! So don’t fall into this trap.
