The elevator pitch, the one minute pitch, the stand up and talk about yourself vomit inducing moment at a Brain Numbing Insanity networking meeting.
It’s never the best moment in the world, is it, but we all have to do it from time to time, don’t we?
Personally, I can’t really stand it.
Whilst I am more than happy talking about growing a business on stage in front of 50 people or 200 people, I find it quite difficult to talk about myself or my own business.
Which is why I created my own formula to follow which I believe is short, sweet and punchy.
It has a really catch name too – The Who What Prove Formula.
Snazzy eh?
Here it is in a nutshell:
Who do you work with?
What do you do?
Prove it!
For me, this translates into:
I work with ambitious service business owners to help them grow their business quickly. Recently one of my clients trebled their turnover in three months.
Who do you work with? What do you do for them? Prove it.
