First, please let me explain the story behind this service, because for years I have refused to offer website design services.
I am a marketing consultant. I work with the owners of service businesses to help them grow – and grow quickly. I did not consider myself to be a website designer.
Websites can be hugely time consuming and it is almost impossible to recover the costs for the time invested in the project.
I didn’t have the right team behind me to ensure that the process was seamless.
If you have ever read any of my articles or books, you will know that I am a big fan of automated client attraction for service business owners. I teach all of my consultancy clients to set up marketing systems that generate new client instructions for them on a consistent basis.
One of the most powerful forms of automated client attraction is a website that is designed with the sole purpose of generating new clients.
Therein lies the problem.
I run “More Client Strategy” calls with hundreds of business owners every year. I run these meetings online, using software called Gotomeeting. This is a really useful piece of software as it allows me to screen share. More often than not, one of the things that I always look at with the business owner is their website, because if this is set up correctly it makes their life so much easier.
On nearly every occasion I find a website that is simply not fit for purpose. There are design elements which I can instantly see will stop it from producing the desired results of new clients. Usually these are elements which mean that substantial changes are needed. However, by this time the ownerhas invested so much time and money into the website he or she is reluctant to make changes again.
I find the average investment in a website is £10,000. That is £10,000 for a website which will not make the telephone ring. It is a wasted £10,000.
It frustrates the business owner when they realise that they have a website that is not fit for purpose but it frustrates me even more.
Imagine for a moment that I had a career as a 100-metre sprint trainer for athletes. The best time to start training a 100m athlete would be when they were young and fit, wouldn’t it? If they came to me when they were in their 30’s and already had damaged knees, my chances of success would be minimal.
This is, in effect, how many business owners usually come to me. Their knees are shot, they are tired and they have lost interest in running the 100-metre sprint. Their Bolt days are over.
My only job as a marketing consultant is to make it easier for my clients to attract new clients on a consistent basis. I realised that my refusal to offer a website design service was costing my clients dearly. This had to change, so it now has.

When I stopped being a practising solicitor to set up my marketing consultancy, I was approached by a lot of former colleagues and friends and asked to generate Personal Injury clients for them.

However, in hindsight it was one of the best things that has happened to me.
Suddenly I had to design a website that would generate hundreds of clients for solicitors in one of, if not the most, competitive legal sectors.
I spent over £250,000 online promoting this website and generating clients for solicitors.
I tested new design ideas, how to display the content, and different methods for generating enquiries for my solicitor clients.
I am no longer involved with this claims company I am pleased to say, but since then I have continued to improve my skills for generating new clients for solicitors and other service business owners from their own websites.
I share all of my learnings with these clients to ensure that their websites generate new clients for them. I manage a combined online spend of over £1,500,000 per annum.

My team then add this content to the website for you once it is finalised and within two to three months of reading this your website and your Google Adwords campaign could be live and generating new enquiries for your services.
With Google Adwords, I send highly motivated prospects to your website at the exact moment that they are looking to engage your services. Once your website is live, I will immediately begin your Google Adwords campaign to send targeted prospects to your website. It is one of the best forms of marketing for service business owners, which is why so many of my successful clients already use it.

How much does it cost?
I am building you an asset that, once live and promoted using Google Adwords, should generate income for you in excess of £5,000 per month on an ongoing basis. I realise I could charge a high premium for this service, but that isn’t how I work. I want long term relationships with good clients. The design service is a fixed fee service payable in two instalments followed by a much lower monthly fee for Google Adwords management and website hosting. Prices vary depending on the size of the website to be created, but I will explain all of this for you in detail once we talk.

Whilst many companies are happy to work with several businesses targeting the same clients in the same geographical area, I choose not to do this. I prefer to work with one service business in one geographical area, or one business offering a nationwide niche service. This way each of my clients receives my undivided attention and I know that I am really making a big difference for that business.
Whilst I hope you can see the benefit of my working methods, it does mean that if I am already working with a business providing the same services as you in the same area, or the same nationwide niche service as you are providing, I will not be able to help you.
This is why the first step of this process is to complete a few short details about your business and your services to ensure that I am not already conflicted from working with you.
