Why Attend A Mastermind Group To Grow Your Business?
Today is Mastermind day. I get together with a group of 10 other business owners to work on each other’s businesses and improve them.
It is always an interesting day for me. I have been involved in masterminds for over 10 years, both in terms of running them for my clients but also attending them for my own business.
I think it is strange, but I find it much easier running them than I do attending them and talking about my own business. It is why I know I am in the right business of providing consultancy to business owners; in that I get so much out of helping other people to grow their business.
When I attend the mastermind that I am attending today, I really enjoy the part where I am helping the other business owners with their challenges or answering the question of how to grow their business more quickly, but when it comes to my own session, I just like it to be over as quickly as possible.
I don’t know what this means, but I thought I would share it with you anyway. I did one of these ‘facebook’ career tests recently and I came out as a ‘therapist’, so maybe that’s all there is to it.
